1. What is WisdomTree Connect?

WisdomTree Connect enables clients to interact with available WisdomTree-issued tokens, in any eligible, verified and permissioned self-hosted wallet or third-party custodial wallet service, across supported blockchains via a web portal and API. WisdomTree Connect offers a solution for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) partnerships for distribution and integrations.

This platform seeks to seamlessly connect traditional finance with decentralized finance (DeFi), facilitating the integration of mainstream assets with innovative on-chain delivery methods. The platform utilizes blockchain technology to provide access to a range of tokenized products, solutions, and tools. This integration not only connects mainstream assets with on-chain delivery methods but also has the potential to reshape how financial entities interact and grow in the digital age.

2. How do wallets get connected to WisdomTree Connect?

The platform enables investors to interact with available WisdomTree-issued tokens, across supported blockchains.

Eligible, verified and permissioned wallets can connect to WisdomTree Connect through their self-custody or third-party custodians.

3. What blockchains are supported on WisdomTree Connect?

The platform currently supports Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, Ethereum, and Optimism.

We are actively expanding support to other chains.

4. What is the minimum investment order?

There are no platform minimums at this time.

5. What tokens/currencies can be used to transact through WisdomTree Connect?

The platform currently facilitates transactions through USDC via our Stablecoin Conversion service or fiat (USD) via wires for both subscriptions and redemptions.

6. API Documentation

Investors may access WisdomTree Connect via application programming interface (“API”). Please contact us if you are interested to learn more about connecting to the platform via API.

1. Are there investor eligibility requirements to access WisdomTree Connect?

WisdomTree Connect is generally available to institutional investors only.

2. What is the onboarding process?

Prospective institutional investors must complete customer due diligence verification in accordance with anti-money laundering and other applicable regulations in order to be able to invest and onboard the customer’s designed wallet on a supported blockchain via WisdomTree Connect. Once the customer due diligence process is complete, a team member will send legal documentation and coordinate signatures for authorized users.

Prospective institutional investors can start by completing the interest form here on the website. Once completed, a member from our team will contact you to schedule a call to begin the onboarding process. This call introduces the platform, reviews products and processes, assesses eligibility, and addresses prospective client questions.

3. How is access to WisdomTree Connect permissioned?

Permission is granted only to registered wallets, thereby restricting the ability to transact to pre-approved participants. Once the prospective investor completes the onboarding process, an onchain attestation, represented by a non-transferable ERC-721 or soulbound NFT, is issued to the investor’s wallet and only those registered wallets can participate in transactions. WisdomTree issued soulbound NFTs cannot be transferred and can be revoked by WisdomTree in the event that client status or conditions change. Shareholders can also peer-to-peer transfer tokens to other onboarded shareholders with verified and permissioned wallets with the Transfer Agent maintaining the official record of share ownership. In this manner, WisdomTree prevents transactions between unknown persons or unknown blockchain wallets. Please read the Fund prospectus for more information.

1. What is the expected timeline for clients to invest and redeem from our products?

For our money market fund, WTGXX, the generally expected time frame for the settlement of purchases and redemptions (the currently available Fund) on U.S. trading days is T+0 (same day). Orders and payments must be received by the applicable cut-off time on U.S. trading days (3:30 pm ET for orders and 3:30 pm ET for payments) to receive fund shares the same day. Subscriptions and redemptions generally settle shortly after the NAV strike at 4:00 pm ET.

The generally expected time frame for settlement of transactions for our other tokenized products is T+1. More information is available on the prospectuses of each respective fund.

2. Are there fees associated with transactions executed through WisdomTree Connect?

There are no transaction, subscription or minting fees or other service fees for transactions. Investors are responsible for gas fees* and potentially burn fees** if utilizing USDC via the stablecoin conversion service. With respect to peer-to-peer transfers, the parties engaged in such transactions will be responsible for any applicable gas fees.

* Gas fees: Fees that need to be paid to miners or validators in order to facilitate transactions and execute smart contracts.

** Mint/burn fees: “Mint” is the process of creating new tokens and adding them to the circulating supply, while "burn" is permanently removing tokens from circulation. These are fees charged by Circle when utilizing USDC via the Stablecoin Conversion Service in minting (subscriptions) and / or burning tokens for our tokenized funds (redemptions). Clients of WisdomTree Connect are responsible for mint/burn fees associated with the Stablecoin Conversion Service.

1. What products are currently available to purchase through WisdomTree Connect?

Currently, the platform offers investors access to our full suite of tokenized funds across money market, equities, fixed income, and asset allocation model funds. We aim to provide our clients with diverse and innovative solutions to support their strategic allocations. Our products can serve as a solution for cash and treasury management as well as potential for portfolio diversification and yield opportunities.
